discounts with KMD Hospitality. The item(s) that you request on your
purchase order(s) (which should be made out to KMD Hospitality) will be
delivered when the order is placed. To ensure your entity is receiving the
applicable discount(s), please fax your purchase orders to HCDE at (713)
696-0732. HCDE will send the purchase order(s) to KMD Hospitality, and
send you a written confirmation within twenty-four hours
