Concept Developments

Kactus Cafe was designed, built and run by KMD Hospitality in Bellaire Texas. Hands-on experience has given us an understanding and appreciation of all the details involved in a design project ... there is nothing like having stood in the shoes of your customers to appreciate their needs and concerns!

Avalon was a movie theater that KMD converted to the largest night club in Houston. Inside, there were two dance floors and three cafes. The second floor was accessible by stairs or elevator and capacity was 4000 people. Although the name has changed over the years, this club still delights the Houston night scene.

Cafe Teuscher was a concept created for one of the premier chocolate companies in the world who came from Switzerland to look at the Texas market.
